The changes below have always been implemented, but we've never officially announced it or put into text...so here it is finally!

1. Pre-Orders, secured with deposit, will have a grace period of 1 Month upon stock arrival for collection. This should allow members to adjust or accumulate their budget, or accumulate multiple figures for combined shipping.
2. After the grace period of 1 month, we can continue to hold for another 1 Month with a payment of 50% of the remaining amount after deducting the deposit.
   Example: RM140-RM30(deposit) = RM110*50% = RM55
   Therefore, we can hold your orders for up to 3 Months in total.
3. For members who are interested in an expensive figure but need a longer reservation/payment period, please do not hesitate to request from us, approval on case by case basis.
4. In-Stock orders will be reserved for a maximum of 1 Week. Secured with deposit, your order can be reserved for up to 1 Month. Extensions can be granted with similar terms as Pre-Orders above.
5. Should you wish to cancel a secured Pre-Order, this is what we can do to help.
   If a Pre-Order is to be cancelled before stocks arrive, your unit will be allocated to the next secured Pre-Order we receive. If the stocks have arrived, you will also have a grace period of 1 Month, during which we will place your unit back on the In-Stocks list. This applies only if we do not have extra stocks secured (applies mainly to Scaled).
6. For Nendoroid or figmas, we will evaluate and may even approve the cancellation if we find the item very sellable and/or we do not have an overstock.
7. Deposits of approved cancelled orders will be refunded, or may be transfered to other outstanding orders.
   In the event the unit cannot be sold at the end of the 1st Month grace period, your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited. Extensions may be granted on case by case basis.

Please note that throughout our many years of operation, we have never forfeited deposits, and have processed and approved numerous cancellations without issues arising.
